This Kick Butt workout will get you on your way to your best looking butt yet in less then a half hour! Perform each exercise for 60s, rest 2 minutes, then repeat. Can you say, buns of steel?!

Reverse Lunge (60s each leg)

Skater Squats

Single Leg Glute Bridge -both legs

Glute Kickback

Skater Plank

Leg Swings

Front Lunge

Side Lying Hip Raise
