NUTRITION PROGRAMS
GROUP CLASSES
Perhaps group classes are more your style! We offer group classes throughout the week that utilize high intensity interval training, strength training, and cardiovascular training. No two workouts are the same, keeping it interesting and fun. Whether you're a beginner, maintaining or want to be brought to the next level, classes are designed for all fitness levels.
Basic Training: Nutrition 101
The basic training package includes 8 sessions and will be focused on finding what works best for YOU. Each session will contain nutrition education, regular feedback on goals, progress and results, as well as body image and confidence improvement techniques. And don't worry; your goals do not have to be weight related in this program. Goals can simply be to have increased energy, improved health, increased awareness of what you're putting in your body or anything you can think of! Body Measurements & Weigh-Ins are OPTIONAL. You'll learn about:
